Lefse Mix - 3 Packages $16.00 by Claudia Grotberg Date Added: Wednesday 16 December, 2009 I bought the mix at the statefair, and made it yesterday with my 86 year old mother who taught me to make lefse. She has made and sold lefse to a small community for years and we always felt she was the lefse queen. Well yesterday the lefse queen said" this is some of the best lefse I have ever tasted or worked with" I love the idea of consistency and never fail, as you don't have rely on the flavor or consistency of the potatos.
